1. Capacity development on public procurement management:

   • Provide Consulting Service for the preparation of EoI (Expression of Interest), RFP (Request for Proposal), Evaluation Process and Contract Agreement to hire international consulting firm for the final audit of Nepal Rastra Bank assigned by Office of the Auditor’s General. FY: 2021-22.
   • Drafting the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for “Replacement of Core Banking System (CBS) of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited”, FY: 2022-23.
4. Preparation of Procurement Plan
   • Preparation of Procurement Packages and Procurement Plan of Kathmandu Metropolitan City based on its Annual Budget and Program, FY: 2022-23

8. Provided Consulting Service for hiring consultants:
   • Preparation advise on the whole procurement process of hiring international consultant for audit in Office of Auditor General. In this connection, prepared Terms of Reference, Preparation of EoI (Expression of Interest), RFP (Request for Proposal), Evaluation Process and Contract Agreement to hire international consulting firm for the final audit of Nepal Rastra Bank during 2021-22.
9. Training on Public Financial Management (PFM) : 
   • Capacity Building, Enhancing Personal and Professional Excellence for the officials about PFM and related areas for MoFAGA/PLGSP. 2021-22.
